Thin Crushed Tally-Ho Playing Cards

Bicycle and Tally-Ho are arguably the most used playing cards by magicians. Someone who uses them long-term might have noticed some drawbacks though, mainly the inconsistent quality of cards - some decks are straight-up bad.

The Conjuring Arts Research Center in collaboration with the United States Playing Card Company tried to surpass these quality issues by printing a brand new version of both Bicycle and Tally-Ho and calling them Thin Crushed.

These cards were printed on thin crushed stock. Using the Web Press instead of a standard printing press allowed for much higher quality. Moreover, all decks were heat cured to achieve identical quality after the printing process. As a cherry on top, cards were traditionally cut from faces to backs, which is a preferred way mainly by anyone using cards on the table.
