The Royal Wave is Christian Schenk's take on Max Maven's legendary B'Wave effect.

You show a wallet to your spectator with four Kings hidden inside. Then, you remove four Queens from a deck, let the spectator choose one, and turn it over amongst the other three.

The spectator shows which Queen was picked. Every King needs his Queen, right? At that moment, you show that the only face-up King is of the same suit as your spectator's Queen. Not only that, but it also is the only card with a different back design. You then end the trick by revealing the remaining three Kings - except for the fact that they are just blank face cards!

Inside The Royal Wave, you get two sets of special cards, which allow you to perform the trick with either Kings or Queens. Those cards have a red Phoenix back. You also get six blank face cards with a blue Phoenix back. All cards have standard indexes and come with a handy plastic wallet.
