Lorenzo Gaggiotti, known as Stockholm17, is one of the most acclaimed card designers. After the success of the first edition, he decided to develop the story and world of The Eye of the Ocean in his next project - The Eye of the Ocean II.

The Eye of the Ocean is the name of a hidden island inhabited by the Guardians of the Sea. It is inhabited by three groups - Gibborim, Nephilim, and Malakim. The Gibborim are mighty warriors known for their heroic actions in battles. Their deck carries a gold and silver foil on the back design.

The Gibborim Castaways have a simpler tuck box than the other editions. This deck was not originally planned. The edges have blue gilding instead of the intended teal that can be found in the standard Gibborim deck.

All The Eye of the Ocean II decks have the same faces with an intricate design and a map in their background. When you lay out the cards in the correct order, a map of The Eye of the Ocean itself will appear.
