Product detailed description
Juan Tamariz first published Sonata in 1989. It has quickly become a book sought after by many magicians. After many years of being out of print, it is back with the newly revised edition.
This is the first volume of Tamariz’s “Bewitched Music.” Later it was followed up by the widely popular Mnemonica book.
Sonata is divided into three chapters.
The first chapter explains various sleights with a deck of cards, including The Perpendicular Control and The Mexican Turnover.
The second chapter is full of magic tricks. There are over 15 effects explained in this chapter.
The third and final chapter dives into magic with color-changing knives. Various sleights and effects are explained there.
This new edition of Sonata also includes a revised booklet, The New Mini-Symbolic Method. It is a collection of language-independent symbols to read, interpret, and write down magic tricks.
