Joker and the Thief is mostly known for the deck that carries the same name as the brand. Nevertheless, that doesn't mean they produce just that one deck.

Seafarers inspired by the nautical theme belongs amongst other cards created by the brand. The Submariner edition is the second variant of the Seafarers.

This edition's design drew inspiration from the depths where any light is a rarity. A very dark blue color was used on the back design, it might even seem to be black at first glance. The faces as well as colors and indices are completely reworked, which became a standard for the cards by the Joker and the Thief.

The Seafarers: Submariner Edition was printed by United States Playing Card Company on crushed stock.
