Phoenix Playing Cards by Card-Shark and Christian Schenk originated as a higher-quality alternative to standard Bicycle decks. Since these are produced with USPCC's Q1 quality, Phoenix cards are also more consistent quality-wise. They have cleaner edges, resulting in easy faro-shuffling straight out of the box.
Phoenix decks feature standard USPCC faces compatible with many card gimmicks. All four aces in these decks have large center pips, making them more recognizable and perfect for packet tricks like Twisting the Aces of Dr. Daley's Last Trick.
Phoenix Playing Cards are available with standard and large indexes, useful for performing magic over bigger distances.
Red Standard and Large Index decks were printed in Asia.
Phoenix Playing Cards feature new branding. The Standard Index is now called the Classic Index. The Large Index is now called the Phoenix Index.
The Standard Index version of Phoenix Playing Cards includes a blank face card.
