Marseille Tarot
Product detailed description
Throughout history, Tarot cards have found a place in the hands of psychics and card readers, who like to use them to tell the future. The history of the tarot dates back to the Middle Ages - the first references to the tarot and playing cards in general come from this time. The first widely known tarot deck was printed in 1650 in Marseille, France.
This form of the tarot is still the best-known and most widely used today. This tarot deck consists of 78 cards. It, therefore, contains both the Major (22 cards) and Minor Arcana (56 cards).
The cards bear French names to preserve authenticity. Their translations into other languages can be found in the enclosed manual (containing instructions in English, German, Spanish, French, and Portuguese).
