The Joker and the Thief cards are very popular mainly because of the original design of backs and faces. This is the second edition of the golden variation and it has been changed a bit from the first one.
The color scheme was cleared of unnecessary colors. The cards only feature gold and red now. To keep the design consistent as a whole, the color of spades and clubs was changed from black to metallic gold.
The White Gold edition was printed by United States Playing Card Company on a crushed stock.
