You remove four Aces from the deck and let the spectators inspect them. In the meantime, you remove twelve random cards from the deck.

Place the Aces face up on the table and three more cards face down on top of each. One of these piles is covered by your spectator's hand.

One by one, you take the first three piles and change the Aces to different cards. Where are the Aces now? Under the spectator's hand!
