Eugene Burger: Final Secrets is the second of two books published after Eugene Burger passed away.
Final Secrets contains more of Eugene's previously unpublished routines. Unlike From Beyond, devoted to parlor and stage magic, Final Secrets has Eugene's close-up routines, especially with a deck of cards.
You will learn many effects and techniques. In "Fishing," you put one card in the spectator's hand, for example, a black ten. Unknowingly, the spectator then uses several free selections to find the second black ten in the deck. You will also learn several of Eugene's award-winning versions of Dai Vernon's The Trick That Can't Be Explained.
Final Secrets also includes more of Eugene's essays. Like From Beyond, this book is accompanied by video footage of Eugene's performances of the explained tricks.
