As you know, all the decks that are available on the Butterfly Playing Cards eshop are of the highest quality. That doesn't mean that we've never printed any cards that wouldn't meet our standards.

A couple of years ago we actually printed a batch of RED 2nd edition refill decks that were 1mm off centered. They are perfect in every other way, they just don't meet the criteria of 0,5 mm registration tolerance that is set for all marked Butterfly Decks.

I've been very reluctant to put them up for sale as I didn't want any imperfect butterflies flying around the world. But they've been taking up space in our warehouse for too long so I finally decided to release them for one day only.

These decks are not for collectors, nor resellers. These are aimed for workers, who want to use these decks. There is a special quantity discount if you buy at least 6 decks, or even more special if you buy 12 decks.

We took off their outer cellophane, and made a small mark on the bottom of the tuck case. The cards in the tuck are still cellowrapped. 95% of the decks have a fully functional marking system so you can use them the same way as the perfect decks.
